A delicious biodynamic wine dinner

Salt Lake City residents seem to be in for a treat. How's this menu sample strike you?

  • Red Pear Salad with Blood Orange Vanilla Vinaigrette - paired with Syrah Rose
  • Pleasant Creek Hangar Steak with Italian Kale, Celery Root Puree, and a Cabernet Demi Sauce - paired with Cabernet Sauvignon

Those are just two of the five-course dinner planned for Thursday, February 24 at Faustina, featuring pairings of Ceago biodynamic wines.

Also, Ceago's website has lots of inviting details about biodynamic growing principles - the vineyard has been certified biodynamic since the mid-90s: "At Ceago we integrate habitat corridors, lavender fields, olive orchards, walnut trees, gardens and the natural gifts our land gives us."
